  She has done craniosacral therapy on both of my children and my niece. She has helped my son enormously in the past—I brought him to her when he was really struggling with anxiety and processing traumatic loss. He always *immediately* (sometimes after a day or two of integration/extra tiredness)—slept better, ate better, was less anxious and irritable, and nightmares/nighttime anxiety greatly reduced.
  My daughter, who usually eats pretty well and sleeps very well, was suddenly rejecting almost every food (claiming not to be hungry or not liking the food—including foods she was very familiar with). Her digestion was a mess. She was waking and getting out of bed *multiple* times a night, and we were all frustrated and exhausted.
  I finally got her to Anique and after a single visit the effect was *profound*. All day long it was “I’m hungry,” ”I’m still hungry,” ”I’m tired,” “I’m so tired.” It was like it hit her all at once! Her eating and sleeping vastly improved, immediately.
  And the best part is, the kids LOVE the visits! They are so gentle and relaxing, and Anique is incredibly kind, respectful and patient with all of them. She speaks to them like humans, not in “child speak,” asks them for their consent and preferences, and always respects a “no”.
