Thai on the Table is a blend of traditional Thai massage techniques adapted for a massage table rather than a mat on the floor. It combines elements of assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to enhance flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation. The therapist uses her hands, forearms, elbows, and sometimes feet to gently stretch and mobilize the client's body, targeting specific muscle groups and energy lines. This style of massage is ideal for clients who want the benefits of Thai massage but prefer the comfort of a table setup. It’s especially beneficial for increasing range of motion, improving posture, and alleviating stress.

It is well-suited for people with chronic stiffness, tight muscles, limited mobility, athletes, those recovering from injury as well as anyone carrying stress in their body who wants a deeper more active form of relaxation.
By working along the body's natural lines of tension, I can access areas that are often difficult to reach through conventional massage alone, helping to restore range of motion and ease patterns of chronic muscle tension.

Regular session can support improved flexibility, reduced muscular tension, and better joint function over time. The assisted stretching component is particularly valuable for individuals dealing with postural imbalances, sedentary lifestyles, or recovery form physical exertion as it encourages the nervous system to release guarding patterns that limit movement.

Beyond the remarkable physical benefits, the slow and deliberate pacing of Thai Yoga Massage encourages a meditative state, supporting nervous system regulation and stress reduction. Because the work is done fully clothed and without oils, it also offers an accessible entry point for those who may feel hesitant about traditional massage, while still delivering a deeply therapeutic, full-body experience.
You don't need to be flexible. I will work within your current range of motion and will gradually encourage it to expand over time. Stretches are never forced- your comfort and safety always guide the pace.
You will feel deep pressure or a stretching sensation, but the work shouldn't be painful. Communication is key - we will work together to get the maximum benefit for you.
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement - think yoga or athletic wear. Avoid jeans, belts, or restrictive fabrics as these can limit the stretching and mobilization work.
It's best to avoid a heavy meal right before your session and stay hydrated.
Amazing! I have had clients who have tried many other different therapies report that an issue that has plagued them for a while has been relieved through thai massage.
