What is Integrative Massage?

What makes integrative massage different?

The  integrative massage technique is based on the idea that massage is not  "one size fits all" and therefore combines different modalities through  which individual problems of the body can be targeted and addressed,  producing optimal results.

In the almost decade of practicing massage therapy, I have gathered a "medicine bag" full of massage techniques from various modalities to assist my clients in recovering from chronic pain as well as handing acute conditions that arise from injury to muscle tissue. The massage modality that is the foundation of my practice is Neuromuscular or Trigger Point Massage which targets your muscles, tendons, and  connective tissues in order to balance your central nervous system and  relieve pain. It is a nerve and muscle therapy that focuses on the nerve  lines that connect our muscles to our brains, and is very effective in  alleviating pain that may manifest in different areas.  Particularly  recommended for those dealing with serious chronic pain such as  sciatica, lower back, middle back, shoulder and neck pain.
