When I began experiencing major problems with my right shoulder, I tried every practitioner. I would experience temporary improvement, but the problem continued to grow worse. at one point, a dear friend recommended that I try NeuroSoma. After my first appointment, I was astounded at how effective it was. I knew that I had to learn this work. I apprenticed under/trained directly and traded treatments with the creator of NeuroSoma for a year. This hands on training refined my technique and I learned so much that the teacher asked me to assist her in teaching assist her in teaching an intro course to the work.
Once I learned this transformational technique, I switched my entire massage practice to the technique. As an approved practitioner, my clients were thrilled with the results! This work heals the muscle, not just cover up the pain temporarily by pressing so hard on into the muscle that my body responded by producing endorphins - the feel good endogenous morphine that the human body produces. That "high" that one feels after a deep tissue massage is just that - a "high" from your body's version of morphine. And just like any other drug, once the effect wears off the initial condition remains.
