Regenerative Integrative Massage is a conversation amongst body, breath and the nervous system - an intuitive approach to bodywork that honors the body as an interconnected landscape rather than a collection of separate parts. Taking this holistic approach, each session is woven in the moment, drawing from multiple traditions and techniques that I have learned over the past two decades, guided by what the tissues reveal and what the nervous system is ready to release. It restores vitality to more than just the muscular system - it enhances nervous system health and the lymphatic system just to name two.
Touch becomes both grounding and expansive: slow, nourishing strokes melt surface tension in the fascia, while deeper intentional work invites long-held patterns to soften and unwind. For example, subtle stretches, deep tissue work, Gua Sha, NeuroSoma (Regenerative Myotherapy), and Thai massage are blended together while focusing on rhythmic flow to help recalibrate the body's natural intelligence and provide lasting results.

Regenerative Myotherapy (RMT) is an integrative massage technique that I developed using my background in deep tissue work combined with the fundamentals of NeuroSoma, a remarkably powerful massage technique that relaxes hard, overly-contracted muscle tissue by stimulating small feedback nerves located within muscle spindle sensory receptors. It is a deeply restorative technique that provides lasting results.
It provides relief from muscle and joint pain as well as a nervous system "reset" or balancing that benefits not only the muscle, fascia and joints but various other systems of the body.

As someone who has experienced the detrimental physical and emotional effects of chronic illness from biotoxin exposure (Lyme and toxic mold), I felt much older than my chronological age. As fortune would have it, I came upon a technique that changed my life. Once I studied it, I developed my version of it called Regenerative Myotherapy (RMT). RMT is based on a technique which was developed by Dr. Thomas Griner (KANON) and also NeuroSoma. If you are interested in the details of this fascinating and revolutionary approach to muscle health, you may wish to check out Dr. Griner's book, "What's Really Wrong with You: A Revolutionary Look at How Muscles Affect Your Health."
